Originally trained as a research scientist, Dr. Ken Andrews has been both a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive. He brings considerable experience, talent and acumen in facilitation, business management, communications and leadership development to the Equitas team.

Role at Equitas
Ken’s extensive experience as a facilitator helps stakeholders overcome existing barriers and develop deep and meaningful ways of communicating with each other. Ken excels in keeping meetings on task and actively engaging all members in discussions.

Ken also assists with leadership development by mentoring next generation family business owners to help them develop the needed skills to take on leadership roles and assists with strategic planning.
